Qi stagnation in TCM is related to blood circulation and stress. Stress alone can cause Qi stagnation, which is when you’re stuck in a particular emotional cycle.
To undo Qi stagnation, make sure you’re eating enough nourishing foods. Vegans may find they need a little more blood-building foods or herbs. Exercise regularly, even if it’s just more walking or stretching. Make sleep a priority. See a counselor or get acupuncture.
